Therapy

My lap is a riot of colour today. I’m using the canal boat colour scheme from Attic24’s latest CAL (crochet a long).

But because my brain is not happy with the pattern I’ve gone off piste. I’m still using an Attic24 pattern , it’s called Cosy Stripe. I’ve done it before and this week with all the medical stuff going on I needed familiarity.

Familiarity so I can read mindless novels and crochet at the same time. Keeps hands and mind busy don’t you know? Or so they say.

It works a little and that will do.

We’ve had beautiful skies

Both morning and night. Not great photos of what I actually saw, but quick iPhone captures and no glasses on 😄.

I while away this resting month when and if there are no phone calls or appointments. Letting my mind and body sink deeply into this fallow time. A time to reflect on last year and to plant seeds and intentions that might grow as Spring comes and turns into Summer.

Sometimes I add a little to a journal to see where it takes me.

Sometimes I just dream
